Chiết pha rắn (SPE) là một trong những kỹ thuật được sử dụng nhiều nhất trong quá trình chuẩn bị mẫu. Nó đang thay thế phương pháp chiết xuất lỏng-lỏng (LLE) tốn thời gian thông thường.
